Elevator Pitch

LOGO-Mindflow_io-onDark.png

👋 Before we begin

I'm Aditya Gaur, Chief of Staff and Partnership Lead (employee #12) at Mindflow. And I'm here to tell you why (and how) MIndflow will change how enterprises get work done.

My goal here is to complete the project and —more importantly— share what I've learned about the complex technologies and concepts in cybersecurity and Agentic AI.

Some housekeeping

I'll be using some concepts and words that might be new to you. You might read "enterprises" a lot and wonder what an enterprise really is or what the heck "ops" is. So, let's start by defining some of this beforehand. Of course, feel free to skip this section and return later if you spot a conceptual gap.

  • Enterprise: In B2B, especially SaaS, enterprises are large companies with thousands or hundreds of thousands of employees. The definition changes for each seller. For Mindflow, any company with 5000+ employees is an enterprise. Focusing on enterprises means larger deal sizes, longer sales cycles, and more complex decision-making processes.
  • Ops: Operations. Please note that sometimes operations could be used in a software/tool context. Here, it means an API call.
  • SecOps: Any operation or work done in a cybersecurity team such as threat intelligence, phishing, endpoint protection etc.
    • Job titles: Security Analyst, SOC Office, Chief Information Security Office (CISO)
    • Examples of tools: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk
  • CloudOps: Any operation or work done in a cloud team, such as cloud cost optimization on AWS or GCP, cloud resource management, cloud-based data security and management, etc.
    • Job titles: Cloud Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, CloudOps Leader
    • Examples of tools: AWS (300+ services), Google Cloud Platform, or GCP (200+ services)
  • ITOps: The operations and tasks that keep your company online. This includes managing secure access for thousands of employees to company tools and resources (IAM), onboarding new people and offboarding outgoing ones, and ensuring all devices (or endpoints) are running smoothly.
    • Job titles: IT Manager, ITOps Analyst, CISO
    • Examples of tools: Jamf, Drata, Okta, 1Password
  • Services: Almost every software used by enterprises has an API. But 1 product ≠ 1 API. Sometimes, a product can have multiple APIs, each of which is also called a service. We'll use it interchangeably.

Disclaimer: Perplexity was my trusted research companion. Claude and ChatGPT did their best to argue with me about sharing something you would like to read.

🎯 The Pitch

Imagine spending €236,000 on that shiny new cloud security tool only to find out it doesn't integrate well with your stack, and of course, it will take your team 30-45 business days to get onboarded correctly and start using it.

What if I told you you're not alone?

What if I also told you I have a solution for you?

Mindflow is an agentic hyperautomation platform for modern security, IT, and cloud teams. With Mindflow, teams can get 11x more work done in a fraction of the time.

Mindflow does this by integrating with 4,000+ products —including the ones you use— and enabling users to automate 150,000+ operations. And this doesn't require any detailed technical setup so, you can start automating everything you need today without writing a single line of code.

Mindflow is designed to remove —not just lower— the barrier to getting things done with custom AI agents. Don't know how to use complex software? Just pick an AI Agent, tell it what you need it to do, and select the tools it has to use. You're done.

Why stop there? Using AI··Rooms, you can tag and chat with your stack like you would tag your BFF in a group chat.

Mindflow has already helped teams like Doctolib, LVMH, and even the UAE federal agencies automate 100s of workflows, saving them weeks, not days, of work. I don't think you'd like to miss this. Here's my number. Let's grab a drink at your favorite restaurant, and in return, I'll do my best to get you the best offer for the best-in-class agentic platform.

🏛️ Mindflow ICPs

🏆 ICP 1: Enterprise (ENT)

Definition & Characteristics

  • ENT are large enterprises (ex., Auchan, LVMH, Thales) with complex security environments, very-high security alert volumes, and mature security & IT teams —they know their sh*t.
  • They would 10s of thousands of employees using 100s of software tools
  • These organizations have the greatest need for automation due to their scale and complexity

Decision Makers

  • Level 1: CISO, CIO
  • Level 2: SOC Director, Head of IT, Head of Cloud
  • Level 3: System architect, SOC Analyst, Security Analyst, IT Manager, Cloud Admin

Pain Points

  • Legacy systems, hybrid cloud environments, and 100s or 1000s of software tools are being used by employees
  • SaaS sprawl and shadow IT are big security concerns and are exponentially challenging to track
  • Lack of a centralized dashboard to see what's working or not, what's secure or not, etc.

Key Value Proposition

  • A centralized command center that connects all tools removes siloes, and increases collaboration without burdening the infra
  • 4,000+ integrations (8x closest competitor) in Mindflow —ENTs can automate 90% or more of their workflows from day 1
  • Mindflow CS teams ensure customers can scale their automation efforts with custom automation builds and access to a library of 300+ ready-to-use workflow automation
  • Always compliant with even the most stringent frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, AWS Qualified, GDPR, and more

ICP 3: Security-Conscious Scaleups
Smaller but growing organizations that prioritize security. They have dedicated security resources but are still building out their security operations and looking for efficiency.

👑 Intermediate (INT)

Definition & Characteristics

  • Technology-focused companies with established but smaller security, IT, and cloud teams
  • INTs have growing security needs and are likely more agile in adopting new solutions
  • INTs use a growing number of SaaS tools, avg. 50
  • INTs opt for tools and people that help them generate a high upside with low investments

Decision Makers

  • Level 1 - 3: Essentially the same as ENT —often
  • Level TEAM: Teams (functional & geographical) in INTs have more independent buying power
  • An incoming leader might bring in a new tool from his previous successful experience

Pain Points

  • Saving time and costs is the need of the hour, which creates a big gap in automation, done vs. needed
  • Need a solution that grows with them as they might switch existing tools or adopt new ones rather quickly
  • Security has started to become a concern but needs to be addressed in as little time as possible

Key Value Proposition

  • Mindflow's no-code, AI-led approach to workflow automation, i.e., "Mindflow does the work for you" messaging
  • Plug and play, no need for complex code or extensive credential management. Just log in and get started.
  • Complete autonomy across the board. AI Agents perform complex tasks autonomously and ability to connect multiple agents

💍 Scale-up (SUP)

Definition & Characteristics

  • Companies in scale or hyperscale phase, growing rapidly in financial and organizational size
  • Love experimenting and trying out what's "cool" and "fashionable". SUPs also love talking about their success, a great fit for customer success stories
  • Security, IT, and Cloud teams exist and are maturing quickly. Anything that helps them get their job done faster is very appealing.

Decision Makers

  • Level 1: CXOs and same as ENTs (if those roles exist)
  • Level 2: Team level (SUPs often lack middle-management)
  • Level 3: Proactive, high-achieving, influential younger employees

Pain Points

  • Lack of security and IT know-how, need for a solution that can help them overcome technicalities
  • Modern UI and AI-first solutions that are a step ahead of market offerings
  • Connects with their existing workflows easily

Key Value Proposition

  • Agentic AI and Hyperautomation to automate 150,000+ operations over natural language
  • AI··Rooms to chat with your tools and perform one-off or follow-up tasks on the fly
  • Intuitive UI that drives usage without seeming bulky

🔀 Channels Overview

Mindflow hasn't yet reached the stage of testing paid ads. The delay has been driven by a lack of funding, a healthy organic sales pipeline, and long sales cycles.

Being an enterprise-only product today, Mindflow can scale revenue quite rapidly with a relatively lower number of customers.

Understand the product

State of market

  • Enterprise teams use 473+ apps on average
  • Enterprise security teams face 1000-11000 security alerts daily
  • Cybersecurity tools are cumbersome, highly complex, and are not designed to connect with other tools

This results in clickops, i.e., security and IT professionals must execute workflows manually. As a result, a lot of alerts go unnoticed, a lot of them are treated incorrectly, and a lot of time gets wasted performing these tasks.

🔨What Mindflow does

Mindflow is an AI-driven agentic automation platform for every team using a product that has an API.

Mindflow provides integrations to every* software vendor used by enterprises today. This means every team gets a native automation experience for their workflows. Natively means all you can do in the product itself → you can also automate it in Mindflow.

ICP 1: Enterprise

  • Total number of global enterprise (10k+) employees = 15,000
  • Approx average contract value = $250,000/year
  • TAM = 15000 x 250000 = $3.75 billion
  • Win rate assumption = 30%

ICP 2: Intermediate

  • Total number of global enterprise (10k+) employees = 25,000
  • Approx average contract value = $125,000/year
  • TAM = 25000 x 125000 = $3.125 billion
  • Win rate assumption = 20%

ICP 3: Scale-up

  • Total number of global enterprise (10k+) employees = 40,000
  • Approx average contract value = $50,000/year
  • TAM = 40000 x 50000 = $2 billion
  • Win rate assumption = 15%

Total TAM ≈ $8 billion

💰 SAM Calculation

  • Mindflow SAM primarily consist ICP 1 today, let's say 80% of the market can be served
  • Let's assume Mindflow can serve 10% of ICP 2 and 5% of ICP 3
  • This gives the total SAM = $1.5 billion + $300 million + $100 million ≈ $1.9 billion

💸 SOM Calculation

  • Assuming an average win rate of 10% across all ICP we can deduce a Serviceable Obtainable Market of $190 million

🤑 TAM = $8 billion

💰 SAM = $1.9 billion

💸 SOM = $190 million

🔗 Partner selection

Security

Security is a primary use case for Mindflow. Enterprise security teams use 63 tools on average, and each of these tools comes with a degree of freedom. Unsurprisingly, security tools are not designed to connect seamlessly with other tools. Mindflow provides that integration layer.

Products: CrowdStrike, F5, Fortinet, SentinelOne, IBM QRadar, VirusTotal, Splunk, HashiCorp

IT

IT teams manage critical workflows that keep the entire company online, apps functional, and environments adequately managed. Some of these workflows can include onboarding a new team member with the right tools, setting up new products, and ensuring everyone in the company can access all the technical resources they need. Their jobs become difficult as new tools are added and in larger organizations shadow IT becomes a huge problem.

Shadow IT refers to the practice of employees using tools without proper acknowledgment and approval from security or IT teams. This puts the entire company at risk from third-party actors.

Products: Jira, Twilio, Zendesk, Jamf, Microsoft Graph, Drata, Vanta, Cloudflare, 1Password, Bitwarden

Cloud

CloudOps and DevOps teams work closely and often ensure the company products, website, and infrastructure stay online. This requires them to manage many highly technical and complex tools. A slight misstep could mean that the company's servers are down for 2 hours, which could result in millions of dollars of losses in Mindflow's market segment.

Products: AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent Cloud, OVH, Scaleway,

Business

Mindflow has seen an organic expansion of use cases growing from security to IT, HR, and marketing teams. Being a versatile workflow automation platform, Mindflow must provide teams access to all the necessary integrations to help them automate critical, time-saving workflows.

Products: Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, Lemlist, OpenAI, Anthropic

🛣️ Customer Journey for Integrations

tl;dr

  1. Customer's integrations are identified (and added if missing) before he signs up for Mindflow
  2. Mindflow teams demo to customers what the integrations look like
  3. Mindflow team demos a use case with their preferred integration (AHA Moment)

🤝 Mindflow Partner Program

Customer Touchpoints

Customer touchpoints are critical (happy & AHA) moments where users experience the true value of Mindflow. For Mindflow, the key touchpoints include:

  • Successful Workflow Execution
  • Integration Setup Completion
  • AI Workflow Builder
  • Chatting with their SaaS tools like they are asking their teammate a question on Slack

🎊 Brag-worthy element

Mindflow’s brag-worthy element is its AI-driven hyperautomation capabilities that enable enterprise teams:

  • Automating complex workflows in minutes rather than hours or days
  • No-code UI accessible to non-technical users
  • 4,000+ connectors covering major SaaS tools, eliminating custom API development
  • Autonomous AI Agents execute tasks based on natural language prompts

🪙 Platform currency

Mindflow platform currency should be Access, specifically exclusive access to AI features and co-sell opportunities.

  • Exclusive Features: Partners can gain access to request new integrations and advanced Agentic AI capabilities before public release.
  • Mindflow NFR Access: Partners can access Mindflow's not-for-resale version to test and build new workflow templates.

🔍 Partner discovery

Mindflow’s partner discovery process should focus on creating visibility and engagement among Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and SaaS vendors. Key methods include:

  • Customer referrals: If a customer is using an integration, ask them to refer us for a partnership with that integration's vendor
  • Events: Cybersecurity is a trust-based industry, so attending top security events like InCyber, IT & Cyber Meetings, Techshow, AI Global is highly relevant
  • Rich dedicated partner page: A landing page outlining partnership benefits, success stories, and steps to join the program for inbound opportunities

  • Crossbeam: Crossbeam is a partner discovery platform. Start by connecting with SaaS vendors already integrated in Mindflow to understand customer overlap and prioritize.

5. Channel (MSSP/MSP) Partner Rewards

  • Tier 3: Inetgration partners
    • Access to co-sell support on relevant opportunities
    • Co-marketing opportunities (e.g., integration page, case study) —mutual only
  • Tier 2: Market partners
    • Extended co-marketing opportunities: use cases, blog articles, newsletter, social media
    • Revenue-sharing opportunities and mutual access to CRM
    • Dedicated technical support for integration setup and optimization.
    • Invitations to partner-only events for networking and knowledge sharing.
  • Tier 3 (Strategic Partners):
    • Custom-built automation solutions tailored to their offerings
    • Higher revenue-sharing percentages for large-scale deployments
    • Priority access to new integrations and AI capabilities
    • Limited and free access to Mindflow for top customers
