I'm Aditya Gaur, Chief of Staff and Partnership Lead (employee #12) at Mindflow. And I'm here to tell you why (and how) MIndflow will change how enterprises get work done.
My goal here is to complete the project and —more importantly— share what I've learned about the complex technologies and concepts in cybersecurity and Agentic AI.
I'll be using some concepts and words that might be new to you. You might read "enterprises" a lot and wonder what an enterprise really is or what the heck "ops" is. So, let's start by defining some of this beforehand. Of course, feel free to skip this section and return later if you spot a conceptual gap.
Disclaimer: Perplexity was my trusted research companion. Claude and ChatGPT did their best to argue with me about sharing something you would like to read.
Imagine spending €236,000 on that shiny new cloud security tool only to find out it doesn't integrate well with your stack, and of course, it will take your team 30-45 business days to get onboarded correctly and start using it.
What if I told you you're not alone?
What if I also told you I have a solution for you?
Mindflow is an agentic hyperautomation platform for modern security, IT, and cloud teams. With Mindflow, teams can get 11x more work done in a fraction of the time.

Why stop there? Using AI··Rooms, you can tag and chat with your stack like you would tag your BFF in a group chat.
Mindflow has already helped teams like Doctolib, LVMH, and even the UAE federal agencies automate 100s of workflows, saving them weeks, not days, of work. I don't think you'd like to miss this. Here's my number. Let's grab a drink at your favorite restaurant, and in return, I'll do my best to get you the best offer for the best-in-class agentic platform.

Mindflow is an agnostic product. With support for over 4,000 integrations across all business domains, Mindflow's users can belong to different teams and departments within the company. The key user groups are segmented by their work, i.e., their functions in the company. Let's call this Mindflow's target audience.
The target audience consists of users who fall under the serviceable addressable scope (SAM) of the market. To break this down further and only focus on our ICPs (i.e., core user groups part of the serviceable obtainable market (SOM)), we must understand all user groups Mindflow is relevant for.
As we can see, Mindflow is well-positioned to address the needs of various users. It's essential to identify where these users live, i.e., the type of companies they work for, and out of those, focus on companies who have the willingness to pay for a solution like Mindflow.

ICP 2 | Low | High | Moderate | Moderate | $625 million |
ICP 3 | Moderate | Moderate | Low | Low | $300 million |
Based on this calculation, we will prioritize ICP 1, i.e., Enterprise companies, as they have a high appetite to pay and present a high distribution potential within other teams, which is crucial as Mindflow is quite versatile and can be used to automate workflows beyond technical teams.
Mindflow hasn't yet reached the stage of testing paid ads. The delay has been driven by a lack of funding, a healthy organic sales pipeline, and long sales cycles.
Being an enterprise-only product today, Mindflow can scale revenue quite rapidly with a relatively lower number of customers.
Channel Name | Cost | Flexibility | Effort | Speed | Scale |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Organic | Low | High | Mid | Low | High |
Referral Program | Mid | High | High | Mid | High |
Product Integration | Low | Mid | Low | High | Mid |
Paid Ads | High | Low | Mid | Mid | Mid |
Hence, based on the analysis we can safely assume organic, referral programs, and product integrations to be Mindflow's acquisition channels.
This results in clickops, i.e., security and IT professionals must execute workflows manually. As a result, a lot of alerts go unnoticed, a lot of them are treated incorrectly, and a lot of time gets wasted performing these tasks.
Mindflow is an AI-driven agentic automation platform for every team using a product that has an API.

Based on Mindflow's product features and capabilities, customer pains, and market needs, we can create a list of target keywords or keyword groups that Mindflow targets today and how it is positioned to gain visibility in them.
Desired keyword groups: Keywords or groups of keywords that Mindflow wants to position higher on.
Existing keyword groups: Keywords or groups of keywords that Mindflow currently ranks higher on.
Missed Opportunity
An enterprise-only B2B SaaS should optimize much better for organic presence across online search platforms. Mindflow currently doesn't rank for all the keywords it should and for the ones it does, it doesn't rank well enough to claim any authority.
For online trends, such as Google Search trends, we'll only focus on France and the US —Mindflow's primary markets to better understand what people seek.
Hence, the best source of truth about Mindflow's performance and goals will be the analysis of Google Search trends.
In the US, Mindflow's top keywords are the company itself and some other tools it integrates.
In France —similar to the US— Mindflow gets most of its traffic for integrations, not the keywords Mindflow wants to be big on.
Here are some examples of searches for Mindflow's ICPs.
The data below gives us a good look at the current state of the search intents.
Type of search | Keyword | Search volume (avg monthly) | Difficulty to rank on seo | Avg cost per click |

As represented by the size of search volumes, Mindflow is relatively early to the market. IT teams manage critical workflows that keep the entire company online, apps functional, and environments adequately managed. Some of these workflows can include onboarding a new team member with the right tools, setting up new products, and ensuring everyone in the company can access all the technical resources they need. Their jobs become difficult as new tools are added and in larger organizations shadow IT becomes a huge problem.
Shadow IT refers to the practice of employees using tools without proper acknowledgment and approval from security or IT teams. This puts the entire company at risk from third-party actors.
